- Standing appointments require pre-payment
- All sessions are 55 minutes in length
- Pre-paid sessions expire 2 months from the date of purchase
- Session card expiration dates are firm and will not be extended
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full rate and/or be deducted from your existing pre-paid sessions
- Clients are allowed 2 late cancellations per year without being charged
Session cards are fully refundable for no more than two days after the purchase date, provided no sessions have been used or late cancelled. After the two-day grace period, session cards are non-refundable & non-transferable.
